Every model in the S25 series has an eSIM. Note that Samsung does build eSIM-free variants for some markets, particularly parts of Asia, so confirm an imported unit with *#06#.
What this means for a non-PTA Galaxy S25 series
PTA registration applies to local SIMs. eJurs is a roaming eSIM, so no local SIM is involved and an unregistered handset still gets online.
The service is data only — no calls, no SMS, and no Pakistani number. WhatsApp calls, IMO and Messenger all run over data, so those keep working.

Open the dialer on your Galaxy S25 series and dial *#06#. If an EID appears alongside the IMEI, the phone has an eSIM.
It must also be free of a carrier lock — worth confirming on anything bought second-hand or brought in from abroad.
Installing an eSIM on a Samsung phone
- Open Settings, then Connections, then SIM manager.
- Tap Add eSIM, then Scan QR code from service provider.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.
- Once added, set the eJurs line as your mobile data SIM.
- Turn Data roaming on for that line.
